Ghosts

Ghosts! Pretty much everyone has seen them. We all know they are real but theology has pretty much left Christians in the dark when it comes to the paranormal. It is odvious to us all that something major is missing but people just can't seem to realise what that is.

Why? What is stopping us from seeing the truth about ghosts?

What if the bible means exactly what it says about them and we refuse to see it because we don't like the message?

The word 'ghost' as in Holy Ghost is synonymous with the word 'Spirit'.....Holy Ghost means Holy Spirit.

Therefore we can easily conclude that the word unclean spirit also means unclean ghost. These are the spirits of the dead. Everyone knows they are present. People in Eastern cultures have worshipped them for years. People in most other countries are fully aware of their presence.

Just think of the denial that most Christians live in. God told us not to converse with the dead, we are not to learn from them (necromancy)....odviously they are present to learn from and converse with, right?.....or that would kind of be a pointless law, now wouldn't it? The bible even calls them 'familiar' spirits. They are familiar spirits because they are familiar 'to and with you'. That is why they are dangerous. When they can operate and move your body just like you do, there's odviously danger present! Imagine what I could do if I could put thoughts in your head and feelings in your body....and sickness and diseases too.

This is an example of how religion can blind you. When you know ghosts/unclean spirits are present, you know that they are human, know they can affect you, yet you ignore them because your church doesn't say that they are there! Kinda makes you wonder what else are people swallowing in the sacred halls of their own religion!

I have been on forums where people become enraged when you say that demons/unclean spirits/devils are exactly what the bible says they are. They lose it! They rant on and on...misquoting scripture and making up stuff......some even went so far as to claim I'm leading people away from God/Truth without a shread of evidence for their own made up doctrines to which they cling to with everything they've got! Meanwhile, they pull some 'nephilims' out of nowhere and say it is the truth and scads of churches back them up on their made up version of what 'could' have happened. Why?

Why swallow a made up story so easy and so heartily? It is human nature to turn away from what we don't want to see. This is why the message of 'repent' is God's message to the world.

I love those websites that 'warn' you about their immense knowledge on demonology and yet they don't even know what a demon is. I just have to chuckle when I come across them. I don't think I'd follow someone into battle and certainly not into the communication with spirits if they don't even who or what they are. Would you follow someone into war if they didn't even know what the enemy looked like? I don't think so......nor will I take their advice on how to deal with them! Woud you?

Catholics have a scary track record too. They are famous for taking on unclean spirits and promptly getting possessed and killed by them. I will try to post more on facts and web links on that in the future, but it is common knowledge that being a Catholic exorcist can be a rather short lived career in the Catholic church and I've yet to see one successful exorcism by them either. I'm going to do more research on that soon.

There's a good reason for their lack of success too for which, like I said, hopefully I will be able to write more on soon. Basically, it is tantamount to being a fresh steak trying to cast out a tiger and then trying to overtake the tiger....it doesn't work to well.

This ought to be a warning sign to us all. Don't mess with things like ouiji boards, occult practices, or exorcisms unless you know you are Holy Spirit filled and God is present in you to kick demon butt! Of yourself you are nothing....just remember that! It's true whether you like it or not....kind of like gravity. You can boast about your wings, but gravity might have something else to say about you (lol).

I must say though, that one of the most amusing things I ran across came from a woman who declared that she battled Satan himself and even won. This is typical of the church today. They don't know who or what they are battling, except that it is a spirit.

I asked her how she knew it was satan. She said, "it was a really nasty spirit and I just knew it was him".

I asked her, "did the spirit say it was satan?" She was shocked that I expected it to speak...and replied "no". People just make this stuff up in their heads....unbelievable! She just concluded it was satan to make herself sound like a champ as she battled who knows what?! ......people don't have a clue what they are doing and deliverance ministries are by large in the dark and people are dying in the process....its awful!

I came across one of the most popular demon websites out there focusing on deliverance ministry. They are busy waging war against the 'demon of deodorant' ! This is beyond hilarious! I'm sure the demons think so too. Nothing like punching in the dark!

It is also an example of just how lost and misguided the church has is right now and also the reason so many are ill. They don't even know what they are shooting at. Demons have hid themselves well.

This is one of the most popular websites on demonology and yet they are completely clueless too as to who unclean spirits are....punching at anything that seems to move...calling everything...demonic! Candles, dolls, you name it and its 'evil'.....what it is actually, is really sad, because as long as we don't know who they are, they can keep invading our lives unhindered. But what if you knew and what if you met them head on and knew how to defeat them? This is the unclean spirits/ghosts worst nightmare!

I do know that there are more types of spirits then unclean spirits that affect our world. I'm not going to be so pretentious as to say I know what they all are. Anyone who claims that they do, is lying and too proud to admit it.

God never told us what they all were, so how do you know? What he did say was that we had authority over them in Jesus name and that His disciples were to cast out devils.

(I do know somewhat of the demonic heirarchy, but I'll reserve that for another article.)

We have limited success in casting out things like 'demons of deodorant' and 'satan' because we have authority over demons in Jesus name, pending the presence of the Holy Spirit, and as we have that much correct we do get limited success.

Demons or devils which are ghosts/unclean spirits bow to the the Name of Jesus only. If you aren't moving from God's Spirit the angels won't uphold your words and the exorcism will turn out badly. This is also why most ghosts just ignore exorcists, run over them, and end up hurting people and doing as they darn well please.....hey...without God's Spirit present, you're really just one of them! They absolutely don't have to obey you......only the angels can make them get in line and only those who 'fear the Lord' have angels around them.
